Salary: $17.00-18.00/HR(DOE)

Essential Functions

  1. Responsible for inquiries and correspondence via the phone and email about the company’s products, equipment, and services from both US and international customers
  2. Responsible for providing requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order entry, order adjustments, order status and cancellations directly from customers, dealers, and distributors
  3. Work with international Business Development Managers, freight forwarders, international warehouses to accurately enter and maintain product orders. Includes processing of documentation (e.g., Order Verification, Bureau of Industry and Security).
  4. Maintain good rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service
  5. Respond to inquiries, send product or service materials to customers by the most appropriate means
  6. Obtain details on requests by customers and refers requests to the appropriate distributor/dealer based on product need and/or geographical assignment
  7. Prioritize, organize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  8. Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
  9. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

 

Required Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Minimum of three years’ customer service experience

Skills & Qualifications:                 

  1. Must have good interpersonal/customer service skills
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  3. Ability to collaborate with others in a multidisciplinary team environment
  4. Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  5. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
