Salary: $23.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE

We''re seeking qualified and reliable candidates for a Production Lead position with a local manufacturer located in Hastings, MN. This role would be responsible for overseeing 20 - 25 contract employees, communicating directly with the staffing company (regarding needs and/or lack of work), performing minor machine troubleshooting/repair work (heat box not working, new cartridge, fix settings to correct flashing, etc.), overseeing inventory (unboxing products to ensure it''s going to the correct department), working with the Maintenance Manager.

 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10pm OR Tuesday - Friday 1:30pm - Midnight 

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE

Experience Required: 

• Some previous leadership experience
• Forklift experience preferred.  They will certify them.
• Need to be mechanically inclined.

• Team oriented
• Ability to change tasks quickly and prioritize what’s most important
• Good problem solving abilities
• Detail oriented
• Ability to deal with challenging situations and keep calm
• Can be difficult dealing with some of the individuals on the production floor.  (Call ins, no call no show, disagreements between teammates, couples working together, etc.)
