Job Overview

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities with customers to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction. As a customer inquiry comes in, you must gather the necessary information, problem solve, and request the necessary parts from the shop. Once parts are ready you must schedule the service technician for a service appointment, and then follow up with the customer upon completion.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage customer service inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure that services are delivered as promised.
  • Track service requests and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service.
  • Resolve any customer disputes or complaints.
  • Assist with other tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Schooling in business, customer service, or related field.
  • Experience in customer service in the kitchen manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
