The role of a Customer Service Representative will receive, analyze and take corrective action to resolve customer inquiries, complaints or issues in accordance with service procedures and guidelines.
With minimal supervision, the CS Rep will be empowered to use good judgement in immediate resolutions of customer issues. While having direct contact will all types of customers, sales personnel, vendors and other department personnel of all levels, the role will need to have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
