Job Title: Production Manager - Pipe and Tubular Inspection

Location: Midland, TX

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager with extensive knowledge in pipe and tubular inspection to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, strong dispatching skills, and a mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inspection procedures, and quality control measures.
• Manage a team of inspectors and technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule inspections and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and production data.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the production process.

Requirements:

• Experience in pipe and tubular inspection, with at least 10 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dispatching and scheduling software.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
