Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring a machine operator for a manufacturing company in Mason, OH.

Responsibilities:
• Check the condition of incoming material and store it in appropriate locations
• Apply adhesive on small parts one by one to assemble a grinding wheel
• Observe, measure, and judge part properties and availability
• Perform time-sensitive procedures accurately and quickly
• Efficiently build a set of fixtures precisely by product
• Inspect and ensure the quality of products after finishing
• Determine and choose a set of jigs by product type
• Keep documentation neat, legible, and accurate
• Finish the product using a surface grinder and lathe
• Choose a heat curve with extreme care

Qualifications:
• Understands or will learn metric measuring systems for mics and calipers
• Works well with others and can also self-supervise when working alone
• Performs detailed procedures in an accurate, timely, and safe manner
• Follows instructions and company rules

• Mixing & Molding
• Speed Tester
• Electric Kiln
• NC Grinder
• Balancing
• NC Lathe
 

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour
