Essential Duties and Requirements

 

• Check all completed jobs for accuracy according to order entry & shop drawings, verifying that all materials are cut to correct size and have proper edge treatment as identified.
• Organize completed jobs for boxing and completion.
• Quality Control coordination and reporting of fabrication issues to maintain the Installation/Delivery schedule

• Improvement recommendations in relation to production efficiencies and technology.
• Reject finished product as required
• Entering and maintenance of data collection files
• Work with production management to provide feedback regarding accuracy of production procedures

 

 

Education, Training, Experience Requirements

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College is a plus
• Quality Control experience preferred
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and word required
• Working knowledge of measurement instruments

 

 

Physical Demands

 

• Physical activities include walking and standing for extended periods of time
• Occasional lifting up to 30lbs.
