Pay: $475/week + commission. Unlimited sales commission structure

Our client is searching for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join their forward-thinking and thriving automotive business. The ideal candidate is highly skilled and dedicated professional with a strong track record in sales and deep knowledge of truck fleets sales, used vehicles and campers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and excels in a customer-focused environment. 

 

What you will be doing: 

• Develop in-depth expertise of our product offerings, including specifications, pricing, and the benefits of our trucks, fleet vehicles, used cars, and campers.
• Engage with a diverse client base, identifying their needs and advising on suitable vehicle options that meet their specifications and budget.
• Drive sales through proactive outreach to potential clients, including cold calls, networking, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Negotiate sales deals and close contracts effectively, ensuring both customer satisfaction and compliance with dealership policies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through to delivery of the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance (F&I) department to ensure that customers receive competitive financing options and understand the available warranty and service packages.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer accounts, reporting regularly to the sales manager.
• Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to strategically position our dealership and adjust sales techniques accordingly.
• Participate in promotional events and sales meetings, contributing to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5-7 years of automotive sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets 
• Excellent face to face communication skills 
• CRM Software experience
