Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse or production facility.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure its optimal functionality.
• Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill material handling requirements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement using forklift documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, specifically with sit-down forklifts.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in material handling.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.
