$19.00 per hour. 

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a full time Maintenance Technician in the Hilliard area! This is an evaluation hire. We are a full-service staffing firm working with local companies to fill jobs with great talent like you!

In this role you will:

• Provide professional and efficient service to residential condominium communities in Central OH
• Fulfill work orders and repairs for roofing, gutters, asphalt, exterior plumbing and electrical.
• Clean up work area after each job.
• Use ladder, power and hand tools. 

We like to hear from candidates with:

• Handy and mechanically inclined including roofing, gutters, asphalt.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Experience with home repair or commercial installations.
• Ability to confident climbing ladders to inspect, repair, and clean gutters and shingles.
