Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is seeking a Purchasing Agent for a surgical equipment company in Centennial, CO! The ideal professional will have 2+ years experience purchasing and working with overseas vendors to order supplies and materials.

Job Highlights:

• Working with Finance Manager and Owner to purchase equipment from overseas vendors
• Communicate thoroughly with vendors to ensure accurate orders are placed
• Manage timelines from purchasing to delivery and communicating internally and externally throughout the process
• Receiving product in inventory system and ensuring that payment timelines are accurately entered
• Managing back-orders, delays and other challenges
• Accurate and timely data entry

What we look for:

• 2+ years' in a purchasing, accounts payable and/or receiving/inventory management position
• Inventory tracking software experience (QuickBooks, Accumatica or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Consistent, reliable and trustworthy
