JOB SUMMARY:

Disassemble and evaluate returned units for repair.  Any duties assigned by manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Troubleshoot problems on failed units.

·         Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and policies.

·         Disassemble and evaluate failed units.

·         Make sure paperwork matches the units.

·         Receive product into SAP/RGA system.

·         Disassemble units returned for stock.

·         Rebuild paperwork write up.

·         Assist production group.

·         Scrap product.

·         Stage product.

·         Maintain 5S.

·         Follow and use JI’s/SRD’s

·         Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.    Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2.    Experience:

Mechanical experience preferred.

3.    Skills and Key Attributes:

Mechanical knowledge.  Able to learn and perform basic trouble shooting and gearbox analysis.  Basic computer skills required.

4.    Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-10 hours per day.
