Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various equipment and facilities within our organization.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.

- Conduct repairs on machinery, equipment, or appliances as needed.

- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning.

- Maintain and repair high and low voltage electrical systems.

- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.

- Analyze technical issues and provide solutions promptly.

- Provide field service support for maintenance-related concerns.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment accuracy.

Skills:

- Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance.
