Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and assisting customers, reading order tickets, fulfilling orders, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Read and comprehend order tickets accurately
• Prepare orders for shipment and delivery
• Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles
• Perform general cleanup duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and trash removal
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Forklift experience and strong skill to operate forklift in tight places is required
• Ability to perform constant heavy lifting (50 lbs or more continuously)
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
