Our Client is a trusted provider of background checks, driver qualification systems, supply chain security programs, insurance technology, insurance-related documents and insurance-specific investigative services for small, medium and large-sized institutions.

It is headquartered in Guelph, Ontario and in search of a seasoned, skilled account manager. This individual will be tasked with establishing and nurturing enduring, trustworthy relationships with partners and clients. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to manage and serve a designated portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the initiation and integration procedures for new clients as conveyed by the sales department.

· Ensure adherence to established timelines for client onboarding and training.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.

· Coordinate with various internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

· Proactively resolve conflicts with clients.

· Collaborate with sales personnel to foster enduring client relationships and drive growth.

· Ensure prompt and effective delivery of solutions tailored to meet client requirements and key performance indicators/service level agreement objectives

· Generate and furnish customer reports on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, annually)

· Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding account status and issues

· Identify opportunities for expansion and partner with sales teams to achieve growth targets

· Assist with urgent requests or escalate issues as necessary

· Collect client feedback to refine processes, products, and services offered by ISB Global

· Offer internal training to operations staff based on client needs

· Participate in industry events as needed

· Keep track of client Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

· Support sales activities and accompany sales executives to client meetings when required.

Requirements:

· Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from a University or College, with a focus on marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.

· 3-4 years of confirmed experience in either operations or account management.

· Demonstrated customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building capabilities.

· Knowledge and/or interest in a variety of sports an asset.

· Thorough grasp of products and technology, coupled with organizational skills enabling efficient management and prioritization of multiple account management tasks, all while meeting stringent deadlines.

· Possessing a meticulous attention to detail with a keen focus on procedural excellence, coupled with robust problem-solving skills.

· Skilled in delivering polished professional presentations and demonstrating effective communication capabilities, both in written and verbal formats

· Exposure to CRM systems is advantageous.

· Ability to leverage AI tools to identify and create functional efficiencies.
