Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking to fill a Receptionist role for our client’s Morgantown location. The ideal receptionist would be someone who can maintain a collected and professional appearance in an environment that is fast paced and constantly changing gears. This person must bring energy and excitement to the office. This is an excellent opportunity with room for advancement.

 

Compensation for this role will be up to $16 hourly, based on experience. Schedules may vary, but will typically be Monday through Friday day shift hours.

 

 Job Requirements

• Receive and quickly process inbound telephone communication
• Greet all visitors professionally and courteously
• Maintain files, records, mailings and reports as directed.
• Types correspondences and other materials
• Order and maintain inventory of office supply materials

 

Qualified Candidates Should:

• Have excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with the public in a cordial and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Be proficient with computers. Must be able to accurately relay messages and schedule appointments as needed.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
