Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for candidates for a Maintenance Technician opportunity with a property management company in Morgantown. This is a full-time position which offers a Monday – Friday day shift schedule with no on call duties. Compensation for this role will be up to $20 hourly.

Main Duties:

• Maintain the properties indoor and outdoor
• Assist with facility upkeep and repair including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry duties, dry-wall repair
• Provide basic repairs or maintenance

Job Requirements:

• 1 years maintenance experience
• Must be dependable and work effectively as part of a team
• A valid driving license
• Ability to follow direction and work independently
