Salary: $20.000

A company in Kingwood, WV is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team! This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with a schedule of 8:00AM-5:00PM and compensation up to $40,000/year dependent on experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases as needed.
• Assist with title work and related documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial processes and compliance.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Trainable and willing to learn new processes and technologies.
• Experience with Automate is a plus.
