Inside Sales Representative/ Customer Service Associate

Located in Morgantown, WV

Salary: Up to $16.50 /hr plus commissi

A Morgantown based Carpet and Flooring Specialty Service is now hiring for Inside Sales Representatives/ Customer Service Representatives.  This full time position will offer a day shift schedule with rotating Saturdays, and a starting hourly wage of up to $17.50 plus commission. 

 

 

In this role, you will be responsible to meet with customers, assessing their needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of brand carpet and flooring products.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.
• Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in products, services, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
