Position Overview: We are currently hiring a Heating and Cooling Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering superior service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and identify necessary repairs or replacements, providing cost estimates and recommendations to clients.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and efficiency, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members, including HVAC installers and service technicians, to coordinate work assignments and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, invoices, and inventory levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical training program in HVAC systems is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Heating and Cooling Technician in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification, as required by state or local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
