Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays, 8am-12pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of a Customer Service Representative for a growing storage & moving company in Centennial, CO! The ideal candidate will work in a call center environment to answer 40-60 incoming calls daily, assist customers and find opportunities on each call to upsell!

Job Highlights:

• Answer general questions from customers
• Provide customers with quotes for their upcoming move
• Schedule/Dispatch crews to customer homes
• Update customers on ETA of crew(s) on scheduled moving day 
• Troubleshoot delays 

What we look for:

• Bilingual Spanish, preferred 
• 2+ years' of customer service, administrative or sales experience 
• Attention to detail, problem solving mentality and critical thinking skills 
• Not afraid to upsell and/or ask for more/additional business 
• Strong communication skills
