1. General Repairs: Performing repairs on various aspects of the facility such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and structural components.

2. Routine Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning properly. This might involve lubricating moving parts, replacing filters, and checking for signs of wear and tear.

3. Carpentry Work: Repairing or constructing wooden structures, shelves, cabinets, and other carpentry-related tasks.

4. Painting and Patching: Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed, as well as patching holes and cracks in walls.

5. Fixture Installation and Repair: Installing and repairing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, light fixtures, and door handles.

6. Groundskeeping: Maintaining the exterior of the facility, including lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and maintaining walkways.

7. Safety Inspections: Conducting safety inspections to identify and address any potential hazards or code violations.

8. Emergency Repairs: Responding to emergency maintenance requests, such as leaks, power outages, or other issues that require immediate attention.

9. Record-Keeping: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

10. Vendor Management: Coordinating with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks that are beyond the scope of in-house capabilities.

11. Inventory Management: Keeping track of supplies and materials needed for maintenance tasks and replenishing as necessary.

12. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to facility occupants by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns they may have.
