Position Overview: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Check-out Clerk for a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with patients
• Responsible for checking out patients daily
• Answering and transferring incoming phone calls 
• Assisting patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments 
• Collecting and processing payments 
• Other duties assigned or requested

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Experience in working in healthcare
• Bilingual is a plus!
