We are currently hiring for a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician. As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our residential properties. You will be responsible for addressing a wide range of maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and unclogging drains
Conduct inspections of residential units to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to address heating and cooling issues efficiently
Repair or replace faulty electrical switches, outlets, and fixtures as needed
Perform carpentry work such as installing cabinets, repairing doors, and replacing window screens
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management staff, prioritizing urgent issues
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections
Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal maintenance tasks as required
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of tenants and staff

Qualifications:

Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related field preferred
Willing to submit to pre-employment background and drug screening
Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a residential setting
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems and repair techniques
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
