Compensation: $15-$17 per hour (starting), $18-$20 per hour (upon hiring)

Description: This role involves providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and assisting customers with product inquiries. While retail experience is beneficial, it's not required. Full-time hours are available, with weekend availability necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Learn product knowledge, including information about coins and other products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to operate a POS system (training provided)
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and about various products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail experience preferred but not required
