APARTMENT MAINTENANCE - $16 - $20 PER HOUR  

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Monday-Friday – shifts vary

What we look for in a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs 
• Perform routine preventive maintenance 
• Time management skills
• 1+ years field experience with residential/Apartment maintenance.
• Ability to use Hand tools/Power tools.
• Skills or knowledge regarding basic Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, framing, ect.
