A local Fargo company is seeking a Controller to join their team. This person will:   

• Oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Manage cash flow, banking activities, and relationships with financial institutions.
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and spending.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.
