Job Title: Product Operations Coordinator

 

Location: Bend, Oregon

 

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

 

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle product and sample management, including organizing, labeling, and tracking inventory.
• Design PowerPoint presentations for the Project Manager, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and creativity in visual content.
• Coordinate shipping activities, including packaging items, generating shipping labels, and tracking shipments.
• Conduct quality control checks on samples, ensuring they meet established standards, and sending them out for approval.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for designing presentations.
• Recent Excel experience
• Data entry experience
