Fence Laborer $20+

Fence company is looking for installation crew members to join the team! NO prior experienced required however experience in yard work, carpentry, or fencing (wood/vinyl/chain link/aluminum) is preferred. Hands on training provided + you''ll have the opportunity to work outside in beautiful neighborhoods around the South Shore. The job consists of all aspects of installing (fences, arbors, pergolas, etc) for both residential and commercial customers.

 

Main responsibilities: gathering all materials necessary for the job, performing manual labor (digging holes, installing fencing, mixing concrete, job site clean up) and operating small hand and power tools.

Main requirements: punctuality, dependability (regular attendance) and ability to work well with others and take direction from foremen.

Schedule is Monday-Friday with OT on Saturdays during busy season. Standard work day is 7:00am-5:00pm. Crews will take company trucks to and from jobs sites with all necesary tools and equipment.
