Plant Manager/General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily walkarounds to ensure that product stored in warehouses is maintained under hygienic conditions
• Work with plant management to ensure that pest control prevention measures are followed
• Maintain accurate inventories of raw materials
• Maintain proper segregation and product security of stored materials 
• Maintain traceability of all stored goods 
• Perform inbound/outbound inspections
• Verify that daily sanitation is properly completed in the warehouse
• Verify that weight checks/tote log sheets are properly maintained 
• Verify that visitor logs andtruck driver logs are properly maintained for the warehouse
• Conduct daily forklift checks

Qualifications:

• Good organization of time and resources
• Strong documentation skills
• Trained/Certified in forklift operations
• Self motivated
• Computer Skills
• Communication with management, contractors, auditors and customers
• Provide support to employee respect, team work and productivity

Education:

• 1-2 years of food manufacturing operations
