Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Experienced Material Handler preferred but willing to train a motivated individual who is eager to learn and wants a long-term employment opportunity.
  • Works from job orders, sales orders, truck bills, established procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Transports skids from QA and stores and consolidates items on shelves to allow for optimal use of space.
  • Consolidates and secures products on pallets, attaches orders, and stages for production or shipping. Moves finished stock to raw materials, wrapper staging area or shipping area.
  • Stocks pallets, boxes or blocks to minimize accumulation in aisles and staging areas.
  • Completes paperwork and matches with products for shipping.
  • Works with computer system to execute various functions including transferring stock, entering jobs and printing sales orders. Looks up part numbers to locate parts in Warehouse and sales orders to determine parts needed.
  • Uses pallet jack and stand up tow motor as necessary to lift and transport items within the Warehouse.
  • Puts away stock as necessary
