Showroom Sales/Design Consultant

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a locally owned and operated luxury furniture store to assist with the search for a Sales/Design professional. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of luxury furniture brands and previous sales and customer service experience. This individual must be self-driven with a friendly and professional demeanor.

 

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide impeccable customer service
• Utilize industry/product knowledge to recommend furniture and other products to customers based on their needs and style preferences
• Maintain knowledge of ongoing sales and promotions
• Meet with customers to discuss design concepts, materials, and pricing options
• Maintain knowledge of floor inventory, including furniture details and customization options

 

 

Requirements

• Ability to Identify and assess customers’ preferences
• Maintain product and brand knowledge
• Verifiable work history in a sales position
• Experience with high-end furniture (preferred)
