Fairfield company looking for long term Warehouse/Material Handler!

Duties include:

• Performs the manual unloading (forklift) of various sized trucks/trailers in a safe manner. Reconciles unloaded materials with packing slips, invoices, etc.
• Helps make sure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and put away accurately 
• Performs the receiving of materials into system; ensures materials are staged for counting, inspection and receipt.
• Assists with making sure receiving reports accurately reflect material received and put away. Works with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies with regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Collaborates with operations to resolve inventory inaccuracies, completes inventory tasks such as item location, bin transfers, reconciliation, inventory relocation and bin resets when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail required
• Must have 1 -3 years of recent forklift experience & cherry picker
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Prior receiving experience preferred
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary

Pay is $23/hr. 

M-F 4pm -1am (OT may be required)
