We are hiring for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in the Burlington area.

Job Details:

  • Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email in French and English
  • Process claims within the company’s claims management system
  • Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
  • Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties
  • Communicate with customers in French and English through phone and email

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience minimum in a high-volume, fast paced call center environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • MUST be fluent in French language and be able to pass the assessment
