We are hiring for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in the Burlington area.
Job Details:
- Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email in French and English
- Process claims within the company’s claims management system
- Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
- Develop a working knowledge of products and associated warranties
- Communicate with customers in French and English through phone and email
Requirements:
- 1 year experience minimum in a high-volume, fast paced call center environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- MUST be fluent in French language and be able to pass the assessment
