We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in the Oakville area as a Customer Service Representative. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this role or similar please apply directly to this ad.
Responsibilities:
- Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage emails efficiently
- Some background in Transportation, Logistics is a bonus
- Able to work independently
- Initiative in learning few functions
- Comfortable with warehouse environment as few duties require them to be on the dock to check freight (no heavy lifting required).
Shift – 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri on site – no remote.
Might need coverage for stat holidays and might need to stay until 5pm OR start at 6am if needed.
Must have 3+ years experience in Customer Service/ office role.
