Office Manager Assistant

 

Our client in the Lake Bluff area is looking for an Office Manager Assistant to join their family-owned company and be a part of their growing team!

Job Highlights:

• Pay: beginning at $50k-$55k
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Temp to Hire

Job Duties:

• AR/AP (billing customers, invoicing, recording payments)
• Customer Service (answering phones, responding to emails, walk ins)
• Data Entry (logging customer contact, updating account info, inputting items into computer, typing estimates)
• Office support
• Sales Support (set up appointments for sales team, reports)

Ideal Candidate:

• Can work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in Administration from trades industry (Landscape, Construction, HVAC, Plumbing)
• Dependable
• Phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of MS Office
