Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  2. Assist with data entry tasks, such as updating customer information, inventory records, and production logs.
  3. Help maintain office organization by filing paperwork, organizing documents, and keeping office supplies stocked.
  4. Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference calls for staff members.
  5. Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software as needed.
  6. Aid in coordinating shipments, deliveries, and pickups with logistics and warehouse teams.
  7. Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for approval and processing.
  8. Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  5. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  6. Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
