We have teamed up with an international company based out of Germany who specialize in security products. This company provides a large product range of padlocks, electronic entry and other innovative solutions for home security, industrial safety lockout, commercial security, and recreational security. This company has a North Phoenix location that services thousands of customers all through out the U.S.

As a fast-growing company we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join this growing team!

Essential job responsibilities:

• ·        Review and enter all purchase orders, quotes, and supporting documentation.
• ·        Manage all credit memo and return authorizations from our customers.
• ·        Answer all phone calls in accordance with departmental goals of service customer.
• ·        Proactively guide and address customer questions regarding company products and services
• ·        Partner with outside sales teams and sales management to follow through on requests including but not limited to quotations, samples, catalogs, return phone calls, and product cross referencing.
• ·        Develop ownership of each task and successful work with other departments to gather information to support customer’s needs.
• ·        Interface with Accounts receivable to resolve credit related issues
• ·        Organize and follow through on all assignments and report status to Customer Service Manager

Qualifications: 

• Clear communicators
• Having  a strong willingness to improve every day 
• 2 years of Customer Service Experience 
• Work in a team environment when needed
