Position: Apartment Leasing Agent

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: Starting at $19/hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide them with information about available apartments and amenities.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of the community.
• Assist prospective residents with the application process and lease agreements.
• Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting apartment inspections and ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including rental applications and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Apartment Leasing Agent or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and legal requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using leasing software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
