Responsibilities 

• Build relationships with supplier and negotiate with them.
• Lead a team of 5 people.
• Create and/or clarify any processes for the department
• Develop and execute training sessions for the department.
• Process purchase orders, track orders, maintain inventory, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with staff across department to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in management/purchasing
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
• Analytical and mathematical skills
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint
