Our client in Cedar Rapids is looking for a Cleaning Specialist!

General Duties:

• Clean every surface in common areas of multi-family buildings according to the standard
• Pick up litter in and around each building, including parking lots and fences.
• Clean vacant apartments and houses in a variety of conditions (from extremely dirty to fairly clean) and them ready for tenant move-in.
• Prioritize and self-supervise to make sure you are delivering each house as clean as possible and on time for tenant move-in.
• Complete work in a timely manner.
• Report maintenance problems found during cleaning (slow drains, stuck windows, etc...) so that maintenance can be addressed before tenant move-in.
• Dependable - track time through our GPS enabled time clock app
• Document work through the use of pictures and our work order system (training provided).
• Take ownership of each task and see that it is completed well.
• Take pride in your work.
• Travel from job site to jobs site throughout the day (mileage reimbursed).
• Other light maintenance work is available if skills are applicable, such as - painting, lawn care, misc. labor.

Requirements:

• Must have Valid DL
• Must have a smart phone to document work through time tracking applications
• Must be detail oriented

Hours:

• 9am – 3pm
• Monday – Friday

Pay:

• $15:00/hr
