Parts and Inventory Coordinator

Located in Greenwood, IN

Salary: $22-$25

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment is now partnered with a south side company to hire a Parts and Inventory Coordinator!

Job Summary/Company Information:

• This position will be responsible for interacting with customers, vendors and internal staff to accomplish the supply of materials needed to support remanufacturing operation and service department
• Preparing all purchase orders
• Phone sales/ counter sales
• Unload cores from trucks and inspect all incoming cores
• Data entry of parts for repair orders, perform job costing
• Schedule repairs and ensure all parts do not need repair
• Perform high level of customer service to vendors and customers
• Shipping and Receiving via UPS, USPS, and Freight Load
• Other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Pay/Benefits: 

• $22-$25/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm

Job Requirements:

• High level Customer service.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus!
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Must be thick-skinned and able to deal with difficult situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and very industrial environment.
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Shipping and Receiving/ Inventory Control experience highly preferred
• Must have previous administrative/ clerical experience.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
