Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a property Maintenance Technician in Clarksville, TN . This position will pay $18-20 / hour depending on experience and it is a temporary position. You do not need to have your own tools. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks as assigned by Property Manager
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and appliances
• Resolve on-site issues with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and janitorial
• Maintain and order repair parts
• Complete tasks needed to turn vacant units
• Clean grounds and identify any safety concerns or repairs needed
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner
• A variety of other tasks may be assigned by supervisor
• Good attitude, performance and attendance is essential.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current HVAC/EPA certification
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ensure appropriate and positive interactions with residents, vendors and coworkers
