 Responsibilities:

• Lead the Operations team, promoting a positive work environment based on our core values.
• Evaluate and improve current operational policies and procedures.
• Develop an operational plan with goals aligned with the agency's strategic plan.
• Collaborate with the Leadership team to implement goals for operational efficiency and excellence in service.
• Work with Finance to manage the department budget and optimize financial and operational performance.
• Attend necessary board meetings, committee meetings, and community events.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Project Management or related field
• Proven leadership experience
• Budget management experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to align operational goals with organizational strategy
