Delivery Driver (non CDL)

Located in Christiansburg, VA

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 /hr.

 We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver who will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe, timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining delivery schedules. This position does not require a CDL. 

**Responsibilities**

• Safely transport products to customer locations in a timely manner
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are securely strapped down
• Verify delivery instructions and routes 
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues during deliveries
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the delivery vehicles

**Experience** 

• Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role 
• Ability to operate various types of delivery vehicles such as refrigerated trailers, box trucks, or vans 
• Proficient in heavy lifting and moving large items 
• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations 
• Forklift operation experience is a plus 
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
