Express Employment on Elm Hill Pike is current hiring for a 2nd shift forklift / Material Handler position.

 

Job Purpose:

Loading and unloading of raw and finished materials to meet company’s requirements.

 

Essential Duties:

 

• Operate forklifts in a safe manner.
• Remove product from production lines and store in designated areas.
• Complete production report and review with supervisor daily.

• Follow all GMP, food safety, safety policies, and procedures.
• Perform product loading operations in accordance with SOP.
• Operate forklift and complete paperwork for the following:  tote production, organic sugar production, deliveries and shipments.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Assist maintenance personnel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Understand verbal and written communication
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Previous forklift experience
• Experience in Industrial Food Processing Desired

Shift is 6a-2:30pm

Pay is $18.00 per hour. This is a TEMP TO HIRE position!
