Salary: $18-$20/hr

Our client, a leading family-owned paper company in Northeast San Antonio is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a long-term opportunity.  Pay is $18-$20/hour.  This is a day shift position with working hours from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM M-F. 

Job duties:

• Data entry and utilization of the organization’s unique software
• Customer service to clients over the phone
• Ability and willingness to learn the paper industry

Position qualifications for this role include:

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability/willingness to learn a new industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
