Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional assistance to patrons via phone and in-person interactions, offering support and guidance with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process patron payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Conduct daily title searches to facilitate record keeping and data integrity.
  • Manage lien processing with precision and timeliness, adhering to established protocols.
  • Effectively organize and follow up on delinquent patron accounts, employing proactive communication strategies to pursue payments and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Conduct meticulous deed transfers and research, maintaining meticulous records for legal compliance and organizational efficiency.
  • Execute inclusions and exclusions with precision, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Complete district application and provide a resume.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Be able to pass a preemployment drug test, as well as District random drug testing.
  • Must take pride in personal appearance.
  • Regular attendance and adherence to prescribed work schedule to conduct job responsibilities
