We are seeking a dedicated Office Support Specialist to join their team and contribute to their mission of revolutionizing the construction industry.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to assist in document preparation, label and sticker printing, managing spreadsheets, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and have experience in office administration, data entry, or similar roles. This position will involve approximately 50% Excel-related tasks and 50% printing labels and stickers.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly, depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 3:45 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents, including reports, invoices, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Print labels and stickers for various materials and products, maintaining organization and efficiency in labeling processes.
  • Manage a massive spreadsheet, inputting and updating data, sorting, filtering, and performing basic formulas as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering necessary items to support day-to-day operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admin, data entry, or office clerk roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to copy and paste, sort, filter, and use basic formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
