Manufacturing Lead

Salary: $23.00 to $26.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking Manufacturing Leads for a metal components manufacturer based in the Irvine, CA area. These are full-time, long-term opportunities. Both first and second shifts are available. First shift hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00am to 12:30pm. Second shift hours are 12:00pm to 8:30am. Compensation starts at $23.00 to $26.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of metal component production to ensure quality standards are met
• Quality inspection and observation of manufacturing process
• Take measurements and readings
• Data collection and documentation
• Troubleshoot and make recommendations for process improvement

 

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in heavy industry work experience
• Manufacturing quality concepts education or experience
• Motivated to learn and build a career in manufacturing
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
